As part of our stewardship responsibility, we must protect the heritage of our buildings. As such, should you wish to dance inside Hatley Castle, your event coordinator can arrange the rental of a dance floor for a fee.
Linen for your buffet and dessert stations, guest dinner tables, gift table and registration table are included. Standard selection includes white, ivory or black.

Complimentary parking for you and your guests is included in your wedding package.
Rehearsals are not included in our wedding packages. If requested, two weeks prior to event date, the RRU event coordinator will advise if there will be an opportunity to visit the gardens with your bridal party and wedding commissionaire.
Your wedding planner will work directly with you to create an event plan to support your wedding day from start to finish. They will inform the RRU event coordinator of the required venue set up and timeline for our venue. If you chose not to have a wedding planner you will need to determine who will be responsible for these additional planning stages.
The RRU event coordinator will work with your wedding planner to ensure all logistical components related to venue set up are in place to support your event. They will also discuss catering selections with you on behalf of our exclusive caterer, Truffles Catering. Should you require customized menu options, you can speak directly with a Truffles Catering representative to discuss your unique needs.
