About the package

You and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the first floor of Hatley Castle, plus the terrace, terrace lawn, croquet garden and Italian garden. Choose the perfect spot, indoors or out, for your wedding ceremony and reception.

Number of guests

The formal Castle Drawing Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for a dinner reception while the first floor of Hatley Castle can accommodate up to 200 people for a stand-up reception.

meeting with RRU event staff
site inspection
menus provided by exclusive food provider, Truffles Catering (additional costs apply)
wedding ceremony set up (RRU will provide up to 150 white folding chairs and registry table)
indoor reception set up
audio visual equipment for outdoor ceremony and indoor reception
access to the surrounding gardens and Neptune Stairs for wedding photos during rental period
dressing room for wedding party, complete with full length mirror and water service
on-site RRU representative to support venue logistics
