From fun runs to fundraising walks to championship races, Royal Roads University hosts all manner of walk/run events on our beautiful Colwood campus.

Working with RRU Recreation Centre staff, organizers can set a race course that weaves through a variety of terrains—hard-packed trails in forested areas, single-track paths amid ancient trees, and roadways with views of the Esquimalt Lagoon. We have accessible routes that will fit strollers, and we welcome dogs to come along, provided they are on a leash.

When planning your next walk or race event, consider Hatley Park at Royal Roads, and find inspiration every step of the way on our 565-acre campus, the traditional lands of the Lekwungen-speaking Peoples, the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.
